August 30, 2008 - Dan Anderson's book "American Freestyle Karate, which had been out of print, is again being published. We have several copies in stock. If you're a Green Belt or above and don't yet have a copy, contact one of the instructors to pick one up.
May 3, 2008 - Ryan Colden won the Men's Grand Championship at the 20th Anniversary American Black Belt Academy Invitational Tournament in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Ryan won 1st place in forms, 1st place in sparring, and 3rd place in breaking to take the lead in performance points and the grand championship. Ryan last competed at the ABBA tournament in 1999, when he also won the Grand Championship. Congratulations, Ryan!
